Fine Print & Terms for Directory Listings

• Member-Supplied Content – All information, images, videos, and other materials featured in both Standard and Enhanced Directory Listings are provided by the member using our submission form. The Chamber is not responsible for creating or sourcing content on behalf of members.
• Limited Edits Per Year – Enhanced listings include one (1) update per calendar year for photos, videos, and written content. Standard listing details (such as business name, contact info, and website link) can be updated at any time. Additional updates beyond the allotted change may be subject to a processing fee.
• Content Guidelines & Approval – Submitted content must align with the professional and community-focused mission of the Chamber. The Chamber reserves the right to decline or request modifications for any content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or unrelated to business or nonprofit activities.
• Accuracy & Responsibility – Members are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date. The Chamber is not liable for outdated or incorrect information published in the directory.
• Use of Chamber Recognition – Members who have received Chamber-sponsored awards or participated in Chamber events may have corresponding press releases or digital emblems featured in their listings. These recognitions are verified by the Chamber before inclusion.
• Third-Party Content & Links – Enhanced listings allow for embedded videos (YouTube/Vimeo) and external links. Members must ensure they have the rights to share such materials and that all linked content remains active and appropriate. The Chamber is not responsible for broken or redirected third-party links.
• Indemnification – By submitting content, members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Carmichael Chamber of Commerce from any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of provided materials.
• Listing Removal or Suspension – The Chamber reserves the right to remove or suspend a directory listing if a member is found to be in violation of Chamber policies, has provided false or misleading information, or has allowed their membership to lapse.
