"The facility was lovely with fresh flowers, spotless and cheerful. It did not have that sterile institutional feeling that some facilities have. The staff were attentive to the residents as well as their families. The environment was calm and peaceful. After 18 months I can honestly say it lives up to our first impressions - they do a lot of activities with the residents, the rooms are comfortable and bright, we always find her well cared for and happy."
